The Alexander Technique Centre was established in 1998 in Galway by Richard Brennan. Richard offers individual lessons here, and directs a three year Alexander Technique Teacher Training Course leading to a professional certificate, the only such training course in Ireland. The Centre offers a lively programme featuring international visiting teachers and special events throughout the year. Sign up to our newsletter to keep up to date with events.
