The Art of Not Forcing’ | Week-long Certification Training

This weeklong course is for Yoga instructors or people experienced in Yoga or for Alexander teachers wishing to be proficient in helping people improve their yoga practice. We will be applying the powerful Alexander principles to yoga so that you can have a unique experience of lightness, ease and joy in all the movements and poses. People involved in martial arts, tai chi or Pilates are also welcome to join. A Continuous Learning Certificate will be awarded at the end of the week.

Dates: 28th July– 1st August 2025
Time: 2pm to 6pm each day

Week-long Alexander Holiday courses in Spain

The Almeji retreat Centre is a hidden gem nestled in the picturesque Andalusian countryside just a stone’s throw from the historic city of Ronda. It is a family-owned hotel, originally a 200 year-old olive mill. Five day luxury Alexander Holiday courses in Ireland

Renvyle House Hotel & Resort is a four star family owned, historic country house resort. 5th Alexander Teacher’s Convention

This meeting offers the worldwide community of Alexander teachers, trainees and experienced students of the technique the opportunity to enjoy the work of different teachers of the Alexander Technique who all have engaging and unique styles of presenting. You will also have opportunities to engage and share your own knowledge with colleagues from around the globe. The Convention is designed to deepen your understanding and advance your teaching and communication skills to empower you in taking Alexander’s principles forward into the future without losing the essence of the Work. The structure of this week-long convention includes daily workshops, open-minded discussions, work exchanges and networking opportunities which will foster a sense of community, sharing, laughter and integration of learning.
