Richard Brennan offers regular Alexander Technique holidays in Croatia, Spain, Greece, Ireland and elsewhere. Each holiday lasts about one week and offers a balanced mixture of learning the Technique with enjoying a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings with like-minded people. The courses run every morning (usually from Sunday until Friday), leaving you free for the rest of the day to swim, socialise, relax or explore the surrounding area.
